Welcome to the Low Carbon City Lab Training Hub
About Low Carbon City Lab (LoCaL)
Low Carbon City Lab (LoCaL) aims to reduce emissions and increase resilience globally by unlocking investments in climate-smart action at the city level and by developing assessment tools to support investors and cities in their climate objectives. Cities lack the internal competences to access climate finance and prepare attractive projects to investors. This knowledge gap hinders meaningful climate action while reducing cities’ ownership of large-scale infrastructure projects.
