This course will give you insights into why designing a business model with a sustainable approach will benefit you and the planet. You will learn the basics of business modelling – what it is, how to do it, and the essential role of value. You'll also explore how climate change is impacting business processes, and how to identify and analyse the risks and opportunities that arise with it.
Additionally, in this course, you'll discover the importance of systems thinking, which will allow you to identify stakeholders, foster collaboration, and create value beyond a simple ‘business-customer’ relationship. By applying a systemic approach, you will gain a better understanding of the challenges caused by climate change and the planet’s limited resources.
