How to Design a Sustainable Business Model - a step-by-step guide.

EIT Climate-KIC has launched a new course, which helps entrepreneurs in ideation and early-stage start-up phases develop their sustainable business models. It is a hands-on course that guides learners through the entire process of business modelling, using a wide variety of different tools and media – including videos and interactive elements.

The course has two start-up coaches, each with several years experience of helping start-ups take off and guiding learners through their early and ongoing business journeys Between them, they provide mentoring and tips in the form of step-by-step videos which include even the most tricky and challenging tasks! An online learning programme like this with a focus on sustainability, emphasis of new and exciting learning media and hands-on guidance up to the point of having an actionable business model is unique – and yes, even a bit ground-breaking!

In April and early May, the course is in a PILOT phase during which the design team is looking for testers to complete the modules as they are released.

If you want to be a pilot tester – let us know! It should take you approx. 3 x hours if you don't explore all the external material.  A great opportunity to feedback and shape EIT Climate-KIC's learning offer.

Find out more about the course here.

To register your interest to be a tester please email onlineeducation@climate-kic.org  and tell us a few words about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
