To mitigate the risks associated with climate change, we need to concentrate on developing technologies that are most likely to bring the best results as quickly as possible in order to ‘buy’ time to develop longer-term solutions to the problems we face.
- so which technology should we focus on now?
- why do you think that focusing on this technology will buy us time to innovate in other areas over the coming decades?

Would you help me to find which one is best from these lists? https://www.freshhandyman.com/blue-max-chainsaw-reviews/

I don't have an answer to the above questions, yet. Will have to work through the REI MOOC to get there.

Just wanted to share an interesting article useful for background information. When answering the above question, we should remember the geographical and economical differences.

Well, I am not claiming that this is the one right answer, but I am thinking that developing a reliable and efficient storage technology could bring as big leap forward.
The lack of storage facilities is often used as a knock-out argument against renewables: What if the wind doesn't blow? What happens at night, when the sun does not shine?
Obviously, solar and wind power technology still require improvements. But having the ability to harness energy at all times (instead of turning for instance wind turbines off when no energy is needed) and to store it for later use, e.g. when demand is peaking, would allow a way more efficient use of renewable energy sources.

Any expert opinions on this?

In my opinion, use of photo voltaic grids/ cell sis the best technology with minimum side effects yet available to mankind. The TW's of radiations reaching the Earth everyday can be easily be used for the generation of energy in nearly all sectors of life. It is abundant and after installation cheap with no harmful by products. It is a constant energy source however further developmental work needs to be done for storage of energy being generated (in case of presence of clouds etc.) Also there is need to reduce its installation cost so that more people can use it.
