Regarding Europe and OCE i would like to share this Report:

The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises are recommendations addressed by governments to multinational enterprises operating in or from adhering countries.

They provide non-binding principles and standards for responsible business conduct in a global context consistent with applicable laws and internationally recognised standards.

The Guidelines are the only multilaterally agreed and comprehensive code of responsible business conduct that governments have committed to promoting. (Edición 2011).

Have you read the article when a crop becomes king by michael pollan? The author of the articleis critical about the program as he believes that there is no needs to grow more corn, as even the current amount is not utilized. Yet, controversial as it might seem, according to the mentioned bill, taxpayers were to pay $4 billion per year to facilitate growing more corn.
