There are a number of methods you can use to better understand your stakeholders. Some of these (for example, interviews) will require you to start engaging with your stakeholders so care will need to be taken that you start to build positive relationships as you gain the information you need. Some common tools for understanding stakeholders are:
- Stakeholder meetings
- Customer testing
It is common to use a mix of these methods to validate your findings, as one line of evidence can be misleading.
