For each stakeholder, you'll want to obtain (or confirm) key information such as:


  • Their interest and power
  • Their goals
  • Their influence, including any opponents and supporters (their network)
  • Their interests (including any vested interests)
  • Their fears and concern
  • Any strong 'passion points'
  • If they have any history with the area you are working in
  • How they might be approached (and their availability)
  • How active they are
