There are a variety of tools and methods to analyse your stakeholders. A well-known method is called stakeholder mapping. With this method, stakeholders are rated by their level of power/influence (high or low) and their level of interest (high or low). The results are then mapped on a simple 2 x 2 grid.

What do you think of this method of prioritising? Can you see any issues? Can you think of any better ways to rate and map your key stakeholders - especially considering the needs of green business?
